2. Q: How long does it take to ship?

A. All items that are available for pre-order will ship 3-5 business days after they arrive. The estimated ship date will be in the item description. Orders that are in stock will ship in 1-3 business days excluding holidays. Please read shop notices for updates.

3. Q: I'm interested in collaborating with you. How do I do that?

A: Please send an email to info@oneoneelevenapparel.com with your name and social media handles.

4. Q: What happens if I order something and it doesn't fit, or it's damaged?

A: Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items that have been worn cannot be returned. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We only give store credit. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically issued store credit minus shipping. 

Q: Why is the logo placement on my clothing different than the photo?

A: We are a startup business. We will make adjusts to the logo position, logo size, and/or logo color so that it looks best on our customers. The logo is usually on the left side or center back of the item.
